Informative support for passengers is available 24/7
Responding to the request of passengers, henceforth “Pasažieru vilciens” customer service informative support will be available remotely on a 24/7 basis.
If you have:
- any questions about train timetables or their changes,
- ticket and e-ticket prices and possibilities of buying and returning tickets,
- any other questions or suggestions regarding train passenger transport,
- call the free phone number 80007600 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org!
We have also improved the service to minimise situations when employees of the Customer Service Centre are unable to respond in e-mail or via phone to several passengers simultaneously due to intense demand.
We remind that information regarding operational changes in the train timetables is reflected in the form of banners on the website and mobile app, if the train movement is delayed by more than 30 minutes.
Employees of “Pasažieru vilciens” ensure on-site support at the Customer Service Centre in Riga, Stacijas laukums 2, at Riga Central Station, Mon.-Thu. from 8.00 to 17.00, Fri. from 8.00 to 14.30.
They not only provide the information requested by train passengers or listen to suggestions, but also offer tourism materials of the local governments that can be conveniently reached by train, as well as souvenirs with train and company theme. This is also the first place where the passenger belongings left on a train and found by ticket inspectors or other passengers are brought.
Thank you for travelling by train!
